I'm Batman (Disclaimer: Not really Batman).

Actual me: Journalist, novelist, nap enthusiast. Long-time writer of stories that fans of comics, anime and Tokusatsu should enjoy. I tend to focus on the Young Adult, Contemporary Fantasy and Action/Adventure genres, because I am just that cool.

My career as a newspaper reporter gave me deep glimpses into the challenges of the world, from the struggles of foster care to homelessness and poverty. My fiction work often reflects these experiences. Instead of setting my stories in alternate, dystopian futures, I look at the “Dystopian Future” of the world we live in today, through the lens of urban fantasy and adventure, with a little dark humor.
